Art

Integration of art and architecture is an essential part of LSM's mission. Often in partnership with Lisa Austin and Associates, the studio has collaborated for the past two decades with a plethora of artists and top art curators to create works that transform spaces, elevate brands and raise consciousness.

Buildings

LSM collaborates with tenants, developers, owners, and other architects to shape building solutions that create the most value from each asset. We enjoy working alongside notable partners in the design industry, such as our collaboration with Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners on Jones Day's ground-breaking Washington, D.C. headquarters that merges a contemporary new development with a historic architectural site.

Furniture

Furniture and technology are critical components of the modern workplace. LSM works with designers and manufacturers from around the world to create furniture solutions that are both bespoke and universal. One of our most recent collaborations is the LSM Collection with UniFor.

Lighting

One of the most important visual aspects of the built environment, light is used to define and accentuate space. LSM's design partnerships, such as that with Zumtobel, result in customized fixtures and fittings that capitalize on this aesthetic sensibility while setting industry standards in sustainability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Workspace

The work environment has the power to reinforce the strategic direction of a business by influencing organizational behavior. LSM is skilled in guiding senior executives to envision spaces that align with business objectives.
